[00:00] Doctor Aristotle here.
[00:02] Let's talk about heart failure, heart disease, heart attacks.
[00:08] People that have heart attacks, that have low magnesium, have a tough time surviving, living through the heart attack.
[00:16] We've got to get your magnesium levels up.
[00:19] When I do phone consultations, I see the magnesium levels are low.
[00:25] The mistake people are making is they're not looking in the red blood cell with their labs.
[00:29] They're looking at other types magnesium, not in the red blood cell.
[00:33] It's called an RBC magnesium blood test.
[00:37] Omega 3's, we've got to increase that.
[00:40] The other problem that is going on about NSAID's, aspirin.
[00:46] How about heart failure being associated with excess aspirin use?
[00:51] Aspirin use is antiquated.
[00:54] That's old thinking.
[00:56] That's not the way it is today.
[00:58] There are other approaches.
[00:59] How about pollution from automobile exhaust?
[01:03] That's another issue.
[01:05] Infrared sauna is a solution.
[01:07] So, we'll talk more.
[01:08] Click like, click follow.
[01:09] I'll see you next time.
